What shipping methods are available?

We primarily use Royal Mail as our main shipping partner, as it offers the best balance between reliability and cost. Depending on destination and logistics, additional courier or logistics partners may be used.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to:

  • Nigeria
  • Ghana
  • Kenya
  • South Africa
  • Germany

We expand step by step to ensure consistent service quality in every region.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa): 5–12 business days
  • Germany: 3–7 business days

Please note that customs clearance may occasionally affect delivery times.

Payment (Crypto Only)

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cryptocurrency payments only.

Supported cryptocurrencies are shown at checkout and may include:

  • USDT (USD-stablecoin)
  • USDC (USD-stablecoin)
  • Bitcoin (BTC) (optional)

Why does Mobexia accept crypto payments only?

Crypto payments allow us to:

  • serve customers across multiple regions efficiently
  • reduce international payment delays
  • avoid local currency restrictions

To ensure stable pricing, USD-stablecoins (USDT or USDC) are recommended.

Do crypto payments eliminate currency risk?

Yes. All prices on Mobexia are listed in USD. By using USD-stablecoins (USDT / USDC), we effectively eliminate local currency fluctuations and exchange-rate risks.

Is paying with cryptocurrency safe?

Yes. Payments are processed using secure and trusted crypto payment solutions.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an order?

  • Select your product
  • Add it to your cart
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Choose your preferred cryptocurrency and complete payment

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or changed only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order as a guest. Creating an account is optional and helps you track future orders more easily.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. This allows you to monitor the delivery status of your package.

How can I return a product?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the device is unused
  • the original packaging and accessories are included

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
